Live servers received a May 11 patch focused on balance tuning and bug fixes, with map changes led by Haunted Mines skull scaling rising to 7% from 5%.
Haunted Mines' golem now scales less before 5 minutes but much more later, signaling a shift away from early snowballing and toward stronger late-game objective impact.
Arthas got one of the biggest hero updates—health increased to 2,750 from 2,625, Death Coil healing rose to 275, and several talents were reworked; Chen, Deathwing, Gazlowe, Mal'Ganis and Murky also saw targeted buffs or nerfs.
Bug fixes addressed gameplay and UI issues across Volskaya Foundry and heroes including Chen, Muradin, Rexxar, Tyrande, Tychus and Zagara, with several quest-tracking and cooldown problems corrected.
