Louisville police arrested Gregory Mack, 59, on Friday after witness photos and anonymous tips identified him in alleged indecent exposure incidents at Cherokee Park.
Two reported episodes underpin the charges: one in late April allegedly involved Mack on a bench with his underwear at his ankles, and another on May 4 allegedly occurred in front of a woman and a 5-year-old child.
Court documents say he exposed himself and touched himself in both encounters, leading to first-degree and second-degree indecent exposure charges.
Mack was booked on a $2,500 bond after police publicly sought help from parkgoers to identify the suspect.
