Quantum Leap Energy signed a nonbinding MOU with a European advanced-reactor company to test a long-term HALEU supply partnership, with potential deliveries starting in 2028.
Under the proposed arrangement, the European developer would supply uranium to Quantum Leap’s planned U.S. facilities, which would process and enrich it into HALEU as both sides assess technical needs, costs and scale-up.
The memorandum runs through the end of 2030 and includes nonbinding volume estimates, with output potentially increasing through 2036.
ASP Isotopes shares rose 8% to $5.81 after the announcement, as the deal marked an early step in building enrichment capacity for U.S. and international markets.
