$6.25 million is the asking price for Michael Kors’s Fire Island beach compound in Water Island, a modern oceanfront property he owns with husband Lance Le Pere.
The 0.22-acre property includes 200 feet of Atlantic frontage, a roughly 2,100-square-foot one-bedroom main house, and a roughly 1,500-square-foot four-bedroom guesthouse.

A sale near asking would rank among Fire Island’s highest, contrasting with a median island sale price of $890,000 in February, down 25.8% from a year earlier.
