Greenlane Renewables signed a manufacturing partnership with Panasonic do Brasil to locally produce its next-generation landfill gas upgrading systems in Brazil.
Panasonic will make the equipment at its Sao Jose dos Campos facility under a technology license from Greenlane, covering Greenlane's Cascade LF and Cascade MS product lines.
C$2 million to C$3 million in initial investment will fund facility modifications, tooling and production equipment, with Panasonic also providing working capital and advance payment assurances.
