Rheinmetall and Deutsche Telekom said Monday they will jointly develop a defense shield to protect Germany’s critical infrastructure from drone attacks and sabotage.
The project combines cyber and physical protection, with the companies planning capabilities spanning cybersecurity technologies, perimeter security, sensors, air-defense systems and data processing.
