  • Crimson Desert patch 1.06.00 is now live on PC and consoles, adding an Extraction system that lets players roll back equipment upgrades without destroying the item.
  • Smithies can reverse a single refinement level or reset gear to its base level, returning 100% of special materials such as Artifacts and Aeserion's scale and about 70% of common materials.
  • 10 animal types — including bears, wolves, camels, lions and tigers — can now become Special Mounts after being subdued and fed, with a new inventory tab and optional saddles sold in select shops.
  • The update also adds a claw machine at the Laughing Marionette that costs 1 silver per play and can award 12 lighting items, a chair, special headgear, Abyss Artifacts and Abyss Gears.
  • Other changes include new unarmed skills for Oongka, sword sheaths, a Sigil of Valor that makes pet dogs attack enemies, and broader equipment and combat tweaks.
