Power Grid Corp. of India fell 0.94% to 310.95 rupees on Monday, a milder decline than the broader market’s selloff.
The BSE Sensex dropped 1.70% to 76,015.28 in an all-around weak session, helping drive the utility stock lower.
At 310.95 rupees, the stock finished 4.26% below its 52-week high of 324.80 rupees reached on April 27.
Among peers, Tata Power lost 0.64%, Gujarat Industries Power fell 3.06% and Jindal Steel slipped 1.31%, while Power Grid traded just 154,947 shares versus its 50-day average of 588,570.
