Sea drone with explosives found off Lefkada is blamed on foreign state

Defence Minister Nikos Dendias said the craft, found by a fisherman in a coastal cave on Thursday, was recovered outside Greek territorial waters and taken to a mainland naval base.
Military experts made it safe for transport to Athens after explosives were discovered on board, while Dendias said Greece knows what the unmanned vessel is and roughly what it contains.
A military source said it resembles a Magura-class drone used by Ukraine against Russian ships, though security sources said it may have been part of a shipment or drifted off course after signal failure.
