The 46-6 Huskers open at Bowlin Stadium in Lincoln against Summit League champion South Dakota on 15 May, after Louisville and Grand Canyon meet earlier that day.
Nebraska would also host a super regional if it wins the Lincoln Regional, while public ticket sales begin on 11 May following a donor presale.
It is Nebraska's 28th NCAA Tournament appearance, 24th under coach Rhonda Revelle, and Bowlin Stadium's first regional host role since 2013.
