The lottery is set for Sunday, with Washington, Indiana and Brooklyn each holding a league-best 14% chance at the No. 1 pick.
Representatives include John Wall for the Wizards, Vince Carter for the Nets, T.J. McConnell for the Pacers and executives, former players and current stars from the other 11 teams.
All 14 eligible teams will send delegations as the lottery determines the order for the upcoming NBA draft and the right to make the first overall selection.
