At Sequoia Capital’s AI Ascent event, he said college users treat ChatGPT as an operating system, while people in their 20s and 30s use it as a life adviser.
Altman said younger users link ChatGPT to files, save complex prompts and rely on its memory, with OpenAI previously reporting more than one-third of US 18-to-24-year-olds use it.
