She later pleaded guilty to a reduced wet reckless charge, received one year of probation and must continue substance-abuse and mental-health treatment with regular psychologist and psychiatrist visits.
TMZ said Spears is now using a chauffeur to comply with probation terms, while the luxury facility reportedly typically requires a minimum 45-day stay costing about $140,000.
