Montgomery police said the men were treated at a hospital after the shooting in the 3000 block of Woodley Road near East South Boulevard around midnight.
Lt Tina McGriff said the injuries were not believed to be life-threatening and investigators later determined where the shooting occurred.
Police have released no information on suspects, arrests or what led to the shooting as the investigation continues in Montgomery.
