Ukraine's defence ministry said more than 10 frontline units are using the Brave1 system, first fielded by the 20th K-2 Unmanned Systems Brigade.
Using fibre-optic cables resistant to electronic warfare, the turret autonomously detects, tracks and calculates targets' flight paths, leaving operators to confirm the strike with one button.
Combat use has, officials said, proved effective against enemy aircraft, and Ukraine plans to scale up the system to strengthen small air-defence units amid continuing drone attacks.
