Seattle police investigate homicide at Lake City business

A man believed to be an employee in his early 20s was found dead from an apparent gunshot wound inside The Growler Guys on Lake City Way Northeast.
Police Chief Shon Barnes said workers arriving to open the beer garden and restaurant discovered the body on Saturday morning, and detectives are processing the scene for evidence.
The owners are cooperating with investigators, residents should expect increased police presence nearby, and Barnes said the killing is Seattle's 12th homicide of the year.
