Around 12:50 p.m., more than 25 rescue units responded near Haulover Sandbar in Biscayne Bay; Jackson Memorial said four patients were critical but stable, seven were in good condition and two injured children were stable.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue said 11 people were taken from the scene to hospitals, while authorities reported burns, minor injuries and some traumatic injuries.
