The picks come as AI shares surged in April, with Microsoft still about 22% below its October high and Nvidia roughly 2% off a recent record.
Microsoft posted fiscal third-quarter revenue of $82.9bn, up 18%, while Azure grew 40%; Meta reported 33% first-quarter revenue growth and trades at just over 19 times forward earnings.
The analyst said Nvidia could gain about 40% if its forward valuation rises into the mid-30s, helped by expectations of higher 2027 spending from major customer Alphabet.
