Brazil agribusiness employment reaches record 28.4 million in 2025

The sector added 601,800 jobs, up 2.2%, and accounted for 26.3% of Brazil's total job creation, according to a CNA and CEPEA report.
Growth was led by agricultural services, where employment rose 6.1% to 10.6 million, reflecting recovering agroindustry and stronger demand for support services and logistics.
Primary production jobs fell 1.1% to 7.774 million, but inputs and agroindustry expanded, while payroll rose 7.2%, average wages increased and female participation outpaced men's growth.
