Joe Zieja says he is not in new Star Fox Switch 2 game

Zieja, who voiced Fox in 2016 animated short The Battle Begins, said fans' social media guesses were wrong and the game is due in June after more than a decade away.
He congratulated Nintendo and the new cast, saying voice actors do not own roles and the revival should bring nostalgia to older players and attract new fans.
Nintendo has not announced the voice cast. Mike West voiced Fox in earlier games, and the company has recently recast major characters including Mario and Princess Peach.
