The stock fell to $22.19 on Friday even as the S&P 500 rose 0.84% to 7,398.93 and the Dow Jones Industrial Average edged up 0.02% to 49,609.16.
It was Mosaic's second straight daily loss and left the shares 41.96% below their 52-week high of $38.23 reached on 8 July.
Mosaic lagged peers including Elanco Animal Health, down 1.50%, and CF Industries, down 3.08%, while trading volume of 9.6 million was below its 50-day average of 10.2 million.
