A UK filing says the 42-year-old widow of Leonid Radvinsky now holds at least 75% of shares and voting rights and can appoint most of Fenix's board.
Radvinsky, who bought his stake in 2018, died in March aged 43; OnlyFans made about $1.5 billion in revenue and more than $700 million in profit last year.
The platform, reshaped toward adult content under Radvinsky, processed $7.2 billion in 2024 transactions, hosts 4.6 million creators and continues to face regulatory and banking scrutiny.
