In a May 6 California federal filing, Swift, TAS Rights Management, UMG Recordings and Bravado asked the court to reject Flagg's motion before a May 27 hearing.
They argue Flagg cannot show likely success or irreparable harm, and say blocking use of "The Life of a Showgirl" would cost tens of millions of dollars.
Flagg, a Las Vegas performer who sued in March over her registered "Confessions of a Showgirl" mark, says Swift's title could confuse consumers; Swift's team also accuses her of using Swift-related branding online.
