Based in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, she joins the Capital Markets team to lead US business development and institutional fundraising for public and private real estate strategies.
Torres most recently led investor relations at 1315 Capital and previously held business development and wealth management roles at CIFC Asset Management and Bank of New York Mellon.
CenterSquare, founded in 1987, manages $14 billion in assets as of December 2025 and said the hire should strengthen fundraising and investor service across its global real estate platform.
