An internal Illinois State Police investigation found Bradley violated policy by not reporting the encounter; Holland was later found not guilty, while the state argues the stop was lawful.
Court records reviewed by ABC 7 showed 174 of Bradley's 319 DUI cases since 2023 were dismissed or ended in acquittal, with 40 pending and Bradley now on medical leave.
