Foreign Office spokesman Tahir Andrabi said missions in Dubai and Abu Dhabi issued nearly 1,500 emergency travel documents from January to April.
He said deportation levels were broadly stable and partly reflected a UAE royal pardon that released and repatriated some jailed Pakistanis, not political motives.
The UAE hosts up to 1.8 million Pakistanis, and Islamabad said tighter scrutiny has been tied to overstaying, illegal work and compliance concerns after past Houthi attacks.
