The stock fell to 11,948.20 rupees as the BSE Sensex lost 0.66% to 77,328.19 in Friday trading.
UltraTech closed 8.82% below its 52-week high of 13,104 rupees, reached on 10 February.
It underperformed some peers, with Prism Johnson down 1.27%, ACC 1.60% and KCP 1.58%, while volume of 14,258 trailed the 50-day average of 20,707.
