For the year ended 31 March, the Japanese company posted net profit of Y2.15 billion, versus a Y6.28 billion loss a year earlier, with earnings per share of Y47.15.
Revenue fell to Y113.94 billion from Y137.07 billion, but operating profit rose to Y2.55 billion from Y641 million and pretax profit increased to Y2.25 billion from Y102 million.
The results, prepared under Japanese accounting standards, show profitability improved despite weaker sales in the latest fiscal year.
