For the year ended 31 March, net profit fell to Y13.48bn from Y18.22bn, while revenue rose to Y220.03bn from Y214.41bn.
Pretax profit was broadly flat at Y30.17bn versus Y30.29bn a year earlier, and earnings per share declined to Y12.14 from Y15.57.
The Japanese lender said the results were prepared under Japanese accounting standards, showing higher sales but weaker bottom-line performance for fiscal 2026.
