The Japanese chipmaker's net loss widened to Y379 million for the quarter ended 31 March from Y261 million a year earlier, while revenue rose to Y949 million from Y703 million.
Operating loss deepened to Y410 million from Y205 million, although pretax loss narrowed to Y361 million from Y343 million.
Per-share loss increased to Y36.11 from Y24.45, with results prepared under Japanese accounting standards.
