The Japanese company posted net profit of Y109 million for the quarter ended 31 March, versus Y135 million a year earlier, while revenue rose to Y4.99 billion from Y4.59 billion.
Operating profit increased to Y232 million from Y222 million, but pretax profit fell to Y246 million from Y301 million and earnings per share slipped to Y12.46 from Y15.45.
