White, who joined ACP in January 2026 as deputy general counsel, will lead work on electricity markets, transmission planning, generator interconnection and regulatory initiatives.
He brings more than 13 years of experience in federal energy regulation, wholesale power markets, renewable policy, transmission planning and utility regulation.
Before ACP, White was senior vice president at Pine Gate Renewables and also held legal and regulatory roles at Edison Electric Institute, Wright & Talisman and FERC.
