The leaked Kremlin presentation, reportedly prepared from February 2026 under Sergei Kiriyenko’s office, envisages separate US deals with Russia and Ukraine and a frozen front.
Under the scenario, Russia keeps Donetsk and Luhansk, withdraws from Sumy and Kharkiv, while Ukraine stays neutral, Zelensky remains president and some Western sanctions are lifted.
The report says the leak may be a Cognitive warfare effort to portray compromise despite Moscow’s hard line, as Russia also announced a unilateral May 8-10 ceasefire and renewed threats against Kyiv.
