Arsenal beat Atletico Madrid 2-1 on aggregate, Villa overturned a first-leg deficit to beat Forest 4-1 overall, and Palace defeated Shakhtar Donetsk 2-1 at Selhurst Park.
Villa will play Freiburg in the Europa League final in Istanbul on 20 May, while Palace face Rayo Vallecano in the Conference League final on 28 May.
It is the first time English clubs have reached the finals of all three current European competitions in the same season, after falling one short last year.
