The 39-year-old, of no fixed address, denied allegations involving Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor in Kings Lynn and Stephen Terry, and was granted conditional bail before a 29 July Westminster Magistrates' Court trial.
Jenkinson pleaded guilty to failing to provide a blood specimen in custody, while prosecutors secured permission for Mountbatten-Windsor to give evidence remotely.
Norfolk Police said the arrest followed reports of intimidating behaviour in Wolferton near Marsh Farm on the Sandringham Estate, where Mountbatten-Windsor moved after leaving Royal Lodge.
