Roskomnadzor declines to add YaPlakal to prohibited content registry

The regulator said on Thursday it received an April 23 Moscow court ruling on May 6 but could not act because it did not specify the offending YaPlakal material.
Roskomnadzor said it would ask Chertanovsky District Court to clarify which pages contained prohibited content before considering any registry listing.
The same ruling also covered anekdotovstreet.com and anekdoto.net after prosecutors argued the sites hosted material degrading human dignity and insulting people on national and racial grounds.
