Ubisoft announces new accessibility features for Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced

Ahead of the game's 9 July launch, Ubisoft detailed additions including gameplay captions, skippable quick-time events, separate difficulty settings and unlimited oxygen for underwater sections.
New options also cover colourblind presets affecting gameplay effects, menu and in-game screen narration, a larger subtitle size, camera and motion controls, and deeper controller remapping.
The update expands on features previously outlined for PS5, Xbox and PC, addressing criticism of the original game and bringing the remaster closer to accessibility standards seen in newer Assassin’s Creed titles.
