ZDNET said hundreds of readers bought the E Ink device, trailing only Apple's base-model iPad in aggregate purchases tracked through its review, guide and deals links.
The outlet praised its paper-like writing feel, Pen3 stylus with 4,096 pressure levels and low latency, plus templates, audio recording, colour coding and AI note tools.
Running Android 15, the tablet also offers faster side-by-side app use and lightweight portability, which ZDNET said helps it replace notebooks for reading, planning, note-taking and workout tracking.
