The 54-year-old from Cheltenham was sentenced at Bristol Crown Court for attacking a woman in her flat after a night out in May 2022.
Recorder David Chidgey told the Superdry co-founder he had committed a “despicable piece of sexual violence” during sentencing.
In a statement read to court, the victim said Holder had taken her “choice, dignity and body”.
