Speaking to CNN before Friday’s first anniversary of Pope Leo XIV’s 2025 election, Prevost said he and his Trump-supporting brother Louis still speak weekly but limit political talk.
He said neither side would change the other’s mind, so the brothers focus on family and everyday life despite clashes over issues including immigration.
