The Canadian company said the purchase is its 22nd drone-as-a-service acquisition and first major expansion into Australia, adding three Queensland offices including Gladstone and the Sunshine Coast.
Terms were not disclosed. ZenaTech said the deal will deepen its customer base in infrastructure, public works and natural resources and support entry into the wider Asia-Pacific market.
The acquired business will be integrated into ZenaTech's drone platform, which offers business and government clients AI-enabled surveying, inspection, maintenance, inventory management and agriculture services.
