The New York cloud monitoring and security company posted net income of $52.6 million, or 15 cents a share, as revenue rose 32% to $1.01 billion.
Adjusted EPS was 60 cents, beating FactSet estimates of 51 cents, while second-quarter guidance was set at 57 to 59 cents a share on $1.07 billion to $1.08 billion revenue.
Datadog said stronger awareness of software vulnerabilities helped demand, and it also announced a partnership with Japan's Sakana AI to support corporate AI adoption.
