The comedian reduced the North Salem, New York, listing by $125,000 to $2.15 million, weeks after putting the four-bedroom property on the market at $2.7 million.
Davidson, 32, bought the six-acre home in 2023 for $1.95 million and said he is selling to move closer to family in Staten Island.
He has also been offloading other property: his Staten Island condo, bought for $1.2 million in 2020, was relisted at $850,000 in February and is now pending sale.
