Agriculture Minister Anxious Masuka said 67 properties would be transferred, while treasury data showed a $146 million settlement for owners from five European countries and the former Yugoslavia.
The move addresses farms taken during Zimbabwe's violent land seizures more than 25 years ago, a policy that disrupted commercial agriculture and long strained relations with foreign investors.
By returning land and compensating owners, the government is taking another step to resolve legacy disputes over property rights and improve confidence in Zimbabwe's economy.
