Shares closed at $89.05 on Wednesday as the S&P 500 rose 1.46% to 7,365.12 and the Dow gained 1.24% to 49,910.59.
The decline ended a three-day winning streak. ServiceNow lagged Oracle, up 4.68%, and Synopsys, up 0.38%, while Salesforce fell 3.10%.
The stock finished 57.89% below its 52-week high of $211.48 reached on July 3, while trading volume of 22.9 million topped its 50-day average of 22.1 million.
