Foster and his wife Stephanie listed the 14,005-square-foot MacDonald Highlands home at 677 Boulder Summit Drive through IS Luxury agent Sam Coleman.
The 1.38-acre property has six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a seven-car garage, two pools, two spas, seven waterfalls, a theater, wellness wing and wine grotto.
Coleman said the empty-nester couple want to downsize and that interest has come especially from Washington buyers, reflecting broader wealthy migration to Nevada linked to proposed billionaire taxes.
