Textron stock underperforms rivals despite rise

Shares climbed 1.59% to $93.09 on Wednesday, marking a second straight gain as the S&P 500 rose 1.46% and the Dow added 1.24%.
Textron still lagged Honeywell, RTX and Boeing, whose shares rose 3.73%, 2.24% and 2.47% respectively in the broadly positive session.
The stock finished 8.35% below its 52-week high of $101.57 reached on 18 February, while trading volume of 1.2 million was below its 50-day average.
