The AI-powered real estate technology company said the plan should save about $2 million, with pre-tax charges of $140,000 to $200,000, and be largely completed by the end of the second quarter.
The cuts affect full-time staff, consultants, temporary workers and independent contractors, while ReAlpha also plans to consolidate selected vendor relationships.
It said some operations will be reshored to the US and some third-party contracts replaced with AI-enabled internal tools; the announcement follows the stock hitting a record low of $2.80 on May 5.
