The X post, created by film-maker Charlie Curran, drew 3.6 million views before Pratt’s debate with Mayor Karen Bass and council member Nithya Raman.
The video shows flames engulfing the Hollywood sign, armed street patrols and Gavin Newsom, Bass and Kamala Harris as indifferent elites, before a Batman-like Pratt appears as saviour.
Pratt has attacked Bass and Raman over wildfire response, homelessness and public safety, while a USC advertising expert said AI campaign ads are cheap and attention-grabbing but may not win votes in Democratic-leaning Los Angeles.
