The 18,000-square-foot house in San Jose del Cabo has six bedrooms, two pools and sits on 1.27 acres in the Querencia Golf and Beach Club.
Camper, founder of Le-Vel Brands, said he is selling for personal reasons after completing the mountain-carved home around 2020 following roughly three-and-a-half years of construction.
The listing is among Cabo's priciest, above two $45 million area sales in 2016, as the luxury market has expanded with resort growth and post-pandemic full-time buyers.
